Located east of Casey, this large deck girder bridge crosses the Middle River along White Pole Road.
Built in 1901, this bridge consists of three deck plate girder spans, set onto concrete substructures.
While American Bridge Company built the spans, they were fabricated at the Lassig Branch shops in Chicago. These shops were closed down by 1902.
Overall, it appears that the bridge is in fair condition, as the substructures have begun showing age. No alterations have been made to the structure since the original construction.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
